Funeral Director
Working in funeral care for over 25 years, David joined us after an internship at Frederick Paine Funeral Directors in London, where he gained a wealth of knowledge and experience. Returning to us, he achieved his Diploma in Funeral Directing, qualified as a memorial mason and a memorial inspector with BRAMM.
Previously a loyal member of Pontypool Round table, David helped with charity and firework events – he’s also abseiled Newport transporter bridge. When not at work, he enjoys a round of golf and socialising with good friends.
ROSS PETERSON
DIP.FAA & BRAMM
FUNERAL DIRECTOR & PRINCIPAL STONEMASON
Ross joined the company in 2008 and is now a senior team member. He trained with the National Association of Funeral Directors and has over 7 years of experience, supporting families throughout funeral arrangements.
He is also our principal memorial mason and designer, trained by the British Register of Accredited Memorial Masons (BRAMM) and has produced beautiful hand-carved monuments. He is also qualified to install memorials in churchyards and cemeteries nationwide.
When away from the funeral home you’ll find him in three places; cycling at downhill tracks with his wife, walking his dogs or tinkering in his garage on his classic car.
AIME PINCH

FUNERAL DIRECTOR
Aime is part of the senior team and has been taking care of families as a funeral director for over 10 years. She is a qualified funeral arranger and funeral director with the National Association of Funeral Directors. Before completing her Diplomas in funeral care, Aime completed a degree in Business and Law and studied fine art.
Outside of work, Aime enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her young daughter keeps her busy and she looks forward to holidays with her husband and family. Over the years Aime has enjoyed keeping active, training and taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon; however, she takes it a little easier now, enjoying arts and crafts.

Paul is passionate about funeral directing, with over 13 years of experience providing a professional and caring service. He joined the company as a funeral assistant and after completing his Diploma in Funeral Arranging and Administration, became a qualified funeral director in 2019.
Paul enjoys spending time with his family and looks forward to holidays in the UK and abroad. He is a huge fan of Liverpool F.C. and enjoys keeping up with most sporting events.
TRACY AMMAN
FUNERAL CO‑ORDINATOR AND MASONRY ADMINISTRATOR
Tracy has been helping arrange beautiful funerals for over 10 years, with our customer’s wishes at heart. She is a dedicated member of our masonry team, assisting with our bespoke and handcrafted memorials, and offers honest guidance with our Golden Charter pre‑paid funeral plans.
When not at work, Tracy enjoys family holidays abroad and spending time in West Wales. She is a busy wife, mum and grandma, who enjoys cooking and entertaining.
CHARLIE BRAIN

FUNERAL ASSISTANT AND STONEMASON
Charlie is one of our senior funeral assistants and a qualified memorial fitter. He has been with us for several years, helping our funerals run smoothly, and with the skilled installation and repairs of many memorials. Charlie’s roles include driving funeral vehicles, acting as a bearer and attending to all needs required on a funeral.
Outside of work, Charlie enjoys supporting his local rugby club and spending time with his family.
KIRSTY BOWDEN
BEREAVEMENT CO‑ORDINATOR
Kirsty’s role as a bereavement co‑ordinator means she is on hand to discuss any queries and help funeral arrangements run smoothly. She liaises with our funeral directors, specialising in memory cards and newspaper notices, and is a fluent Welsh speaker.
Away from work, Kirsty enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children and looks forward to visiting family in North Wales.
MALCOM PEARSON
FUNERAL ASSISTANT
Malcolm has been a funeral assistant for over 10 years, expertly caring for loved ones at our home and ensuring every detail is taken care of. Malcolm assists our funeral directors on the day of the funeral and acts as a chauffeur, bearer and hearse driver.
When Malcolm isn’t at work he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, and catching up on the soaps.
CHRIS HERRIN
FUNERAL ASSISTANT
As a funeral assistant, Chris can be found driving our funeral vehicles, acting as a bearer and collecting loved ones into our care. Approachable and attentive, he’s often helping our customers to feel as at ease and comfortable during the service as possible.
Outside of work, Chris keeps active playing in the Welsh Veterans football league and he enjoys socialising with family and friends.
PAT DELANEY
BEREAVEMENT CO‑ORDINATOR
Pat has been with us as a bereavement co‑ordinator for over 20 years, working both in our Cwmbran and Griffithstown funeral homes. A dedicated team member with a passion for guiding and supporting families during their bereavement, she is able to help with all aspects of funeral arrangements.
Pat enjoys spending time with her sons and meeting with friends. She enjoys watching the six nations, loves anything Welsh and is partial to a cup of tea!
ANTHONY CERETTI
FUNERAL ASSISTANT
As a funeral assistant, Anthony helps with driving our hearse and limousines, acting as a bearer and transferring your loved one from their place of death to our care at the funeral home. He takes pride in assisting with every aspect of the funeral, offering great service and helping our funerals feel special for our customers.
Anthony is a busy dad who likes to spend time on weekends with his wife and children, and enjoys socialising with family and friends.
MICHELE HARDWICK
BEREAVEMENT CO‑ORDINATOR
As a bereavement co‑ordinator, Michele is on hand to offer guidance and assistance with our funeral arrangements. She’s experienced in drafting obituary notices and order of service sheets, and takes pride in helping make our funerals beautiful.
Michele is a busy mum who enjoys days out with her husband and three boys. She enjoys watching good TV series and sci‑fi films and helps organise an annual ball for fellow sci‑fi fans.
MIKE HUGHES
FUNERAL AND MASONRY ASSISTANT
As a masonry assistant, Mike has a keen eye for detail and works in all weather conditions, preparing, re‑gilding and installing our bespoke, handcrafted memorials. He also assists on funerals, helping convey loved ones into our care.
Mike spends his free time day-tripping with his wife and young son. He’s a busy dad but when he can, enjoys a quiet round of golf with his friends.

As our housekeeper, Danielle keeps the building clean and tidy, ensuring everything is pristine for visitors to our funeral home.
Danielle is a busy mum of two, who enjoys shopping for a bargain and looks forward to special events with her family.
